Technical description
- One of the biggest of large-scale constructions in Central Asia
- Palace-like representative building for official acts of state and meetings
- High-tech-congress centre and a theatre with approximately 1.850 seats
- Main hall with cupola has a height of 48 meters
- The stage is 25 meters wide and up to 20 meters deep
- Dome structure with integrated portal supporting unit for forestage reflectors
- Dome constructed with 898 rods and 646 junctions with 20 existing main pillars K1 with a diameter of 1220 millimeters and 4 portal pillars K6 and C2
- High quality building materials such as Carrara Marmor, Palladium and Corian
