Technical description
- Renovation of an elaborately and costly decorated block of houses (built in 1903)
- Temporary supports in the cellar since 2008 (steel girders ceiling is slightly rusty and not stable any more)
- Maximal ground dimensions (external dimensions of the atrium building): about 140 to 11 meters
- Eaves height: approximately 13,7 meter, respectively 15 meter
- Ridge height: approximately 18 meter, respectively 21 meter (depending on the height of the attic)
- Partial gutting of the entire building
- Restoration of historical ceilings
- Reinforcement of the roof truss
